👨‍👩‍👦‍👦-Occupancy- no more than 4 guests at any time without previous communication during each stay to respect our neighbors, noise redux.
🐱‍👤🐕- NO PETS! Service pets are obviously welcomed but they are different from therapy pets or emotional support pets which are not accepted. $500
🛀- Didn't think we had to state this but please wear clothing when outside on the deck. Neighbors on boats can see guests! (Thank you ;) 🩲🩲🩲
