The front desk staff were so kind. The room was huge and clean. I really liked the amount of counter space available (wierd thing to share, but it matters!) The towels and floor mats were shabby, and I could hear the doors to other rooms opening and closing (banging) periodically. I did not love the parking situation, the lot was very full, difficult to navigate, and signage was really unclear about where the overflow lots were.

It would have been nice to have an extra pillow on the king size bed. We only have three pillows and I ask for an extra one and was told they didn’t have any. Other then that it was a good stay been I had a hard time sleeping. Would definitely stay there again but will bring my extra pillow next time.

Great location for downtown events. Parking lot is confusing for payment. If you park in the Matrix designated lot and pay outside at kiosk it is $50.00, they dont tell you that you pay inside to get the $30.00 rate and they do not refund you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was awesome and clean, and the food at their restaurant is 10/10 would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting or going for an event. It is also very affordable prices for the rooms and the restaurant too.
