This was an awful stay. Upon checking I was overcharged and I had to show the price I had reserved online with! The website is outdated and the hotel is NOT as pictured. The beds were uncomfortable and pillows stuffed with big chunks of foam. No waterside in use. Hotel keys would never open the door, therefore MULTIPLE trips to the front desk. Tub and sink had rust stains. Smoke alarm went off at 1am and everyone headed outside. No one could explain why or bothered to offer ANYTHING for the inconvenience. One lady was complaining and had pictures of blood stains on the headboard- a dirty wicker looking thing. No pool towels.. the list is sooo long: Do not waste your time or money on this wreck. For as many times as I have stayed in hotels- this was one of the WORST! Never ever staying again. A full refund should be given for the disastrous experience.

Deluxe room was 30% less than surrounding hotels, but room was dim, sticky spot on floor, one lamp didn’t work, cups had stains even though wrapped in plastic (how is that even possible?) water slide was closed, only two towels for a 2 queen room, fire alarm at 1:30am and one of the worst breakfast setups I’ve ever seen and my bar for those is pretty darn low. Was it worth saving an extra $60 a night, maybe, but it pushed that value to the limit. Replace the word deluxe with “bare bones” and you’ll have a better take on things.

Everything was amazing, the service and the comfort, everything was clean but… the last night was a nightmare. They had an event booked and the people was savage. The music make the hotel vibrate and we here the music everywhere, people was running and yelling in the corridor… I call the front desk many times but they don’t have any control. I ask for they change us room or to give me my money for I go in another hotel cause we need to sleep we have a food trailer and have to be on site at 7:30… it was the first time that happened that bad.

The continental breakfast was non-existent.. all they had was toast and coffee/juice. The breakfast room itself was also disgusting. Our room was not what we expected, the curtains were shredded as if a cat ripped them which makes sense as they accept pets here. They also had cigarette holes in them. Our bed was broken on the bottom with a metal piece just laying on the floor underneath. The pool was under construction but still accessible so that was a win I guess. All I’m going to say is make sure you document everything in your room as soon as you arrive so there are no issues with getting your deposit back.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the young lady that booked us in and out in the morning. Besides that the entire hotel was a mess. Dirt in all the corners on all the floors. The area with the video games smelled like raw sewage. The doors didnt work very well the front door you had to yank on to get oppened. The room door was the same. The tiny elevators smelled terrible inside and the one by the restaurant had the door draging as it closed. Even has scoring on the stainless from it. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever stay here. This place needs a major overhaul. I will Not ever be staying here again.
