The hotell is terible they let homeless people stay in the lobby. The hottub was not working nor did they have anybody tring to fix it. All around dismal experience. Do not stay here its not worth the small savings

The staff were very courteous. However the hotel rooms need an upgrade. There was no place to easily plug in our phones. We would have had to move the beds out or the dresser. Unable to do that. We finally unplugged the heater/air conditioner to plug in. That outlet was loose from the wall so a bit sketchy using it. The bathroom toilet is too small and close to the ground. As seniors it was difficult to sit and no rails to hang on to getting up. The bath was good but slightly damaged. I think the rooms have potential to be great but need upgrades

On the first night, the noise from the draft coming through the gap around the air conditioning unit was quite loud, and on the second night, the sound of the rain kept me awake. I believe the installation design of the air conditioning unit may be flawed. However, the breakfast staff were very attentive and provided excellent service.
