Bath tub is a bit rough and took a long, long time to fill. Room was fine, they even made our beds and gave us new towels which hasn’t happened for us since covid- so that was nice. Breakfast wasn’t even worth going downstairs.. waffle maker but a sign that says “your breakfast ticket is only good for one waffle.” No margarine or butter and the only protein was yogurt or hard boiled eggs :/

We got there the first night and the next morning we had to change rooms due to a leaking toilet. Then in the new room the t.v was not working . My bed had i big dip in it and ypu could feel the springs pop. Then when goung to take a shower there was no water pressure and we asked about that and was told it was like that throughout the whole building. Then they must house homeless and we did not feel safe gooing or coming at night cause some where on drugs.

Staff were excellent and really helpful. Breakfast was a bit barebones, but the amenities helped balance that out (small gym, elaborate pool setup). Comfortable rooms and reliable wifi. Really nice vibes. Not perfect but incredible for what you pay. Parking available

The overall stay was good and the front desk staff was very nice, but as we checked out and were about an hour away, my husband realized he left his wedding ring on the side of the bed. We immediately tried calling and they did not pick up, we tried a few more times and no answer each time. We ended up calling to book a reservation just to speak to someone, he told us he’ll get the front desk to call us. They called about 20 mins later and asked what we needed, we explained the exact location of the ring knowing 100% it was in there. She told us she’ll get housekeeping to go look and she’ll call us back, to our surprise housekeeping did not locate it.. it seems very suspicious that we know it was in there but they say it’s not. It was our mistake to accidentally leave it behind, but you would think people would have better decency. Don’t leave any belongings for the sticky fingers.

Breakfast was really poor, no hot food, just cereals, yogurt and boiled eggs in the fridge, breakfast room looked dirty. Our room the bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet, just a top sheet, duvet without a cover and then another top sheet, there was old dried blood on the curtains, hair on the bathroom floor. Rooms were tiny and walls paper thin, could hear people scraping their car windshields outside the next morning. Rooms are tiny.
