Nightmare double charge and breakfast.

Breakfast was terrible the hotel charges 14.95 for continental breakfast yet they have signs stating it’s 6.95 . The hotel manager Malakai charged me double for the room then couldn’t reverse the charges . I have a pending charge that won’t fall off and he wasn’t available until I left. He hasn’t been able to figure it out.

I had to book a last minute hotel after my flight was cancelled. The check in was so fast and staff was very friendly it made a huge difference after the disappointing experience at the airport. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to El Paso.

This is our second trip from TX to CA and back. I love the easy access from I-10. First stay there went really smooth. This time we got to the room. Maintenance guy knocked on our door to fix the ref. I tried to log in to the internet not working. Also my key less entry never worked despite on coming back and forth to the front desk. Side door access not accessible. We were too tired from 10 hour drive from Houston and didn’t have the energy to deal with it.
