Beautiful Lauderdale Lakefront Retreat

Beautiful Lauderdale Lakes, super private, 1.3 acre, gated entry and fenced, 140 feet of prime lake frontage family compound on Middle Lake. Enjoy incredible views of the lake from the 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath main lake home and the 2 bedroom, 1 bath "Wet" Boathouse.

Main House:
Open floor plan on main floor with plenty of indoor and outdoor dinning area(s). Family room and huge kitchen with incredible lake views. Lakeside screened in, large covered porch allows lake viewing at all times.

Master Suite includes radiant heat in bathroom, double sinks, a multi-head, large shower with sauna and a private deck and amazing lake views. The main floor also includes 2 more large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 1 with a queen bed and tub/shower combo, and 2 child beds with a shower in the other.

Lakeside, walkout, lower level features wet bar, bathroom, game room with pool table and shuffle board table, large screen tv in another huge family room, huge patio and another bedroom with incredible views of lake with 2 full beds.

Boathouse:
The detached boathouse has 2-two bunkbed bedrooms (single on top and full on bottom for bunkbeds in both bedrooms), full kitchen, full bath, small family room facing lake and an over the water screened in covered porch. This is a "wet" boathouse, one of only a few on the lake.

Outside:
Features include 140 feet of very gradually sloping, sandy gravel bottom, super clean, with no weeds, lake area in front of home to enjoy swimming and water activities. One huge dock and 2 standard docks on each side. There is a lake side patio with fire pit. 1.3 acres provides plenty of black topped (gated and fully fenced) driveway area to enjoy safe bike riding and many other activities.

Optional Bennington pontoon boat and/or Nautique ski/ wakeboard boat available to rent.

The surrounding area includes numerous golf courses, restaurants, mountain biking, hiking, snowmobiling, skiing, and many more activities within close proximity.

The homeowners require an additional rental agreement be signed with booking.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Middle Lake. Features include laundry facilities and an arcade/game room. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and 5.5 bathrooms in the vacation home.
