The Pros: staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. They seemed to genuinely care about assisting their guests. The Cons: The WiFi in my room was inoperable. I was offered a replacement room but I was already settled in for the evening. The restaurant is filthy. There is food in the creases of the seats that has been there for ages. I honestly was afraid to eat anything after seeing that. The coffee they served in the morning was cold and tasted like it had been brewed the day before. I really expected better. There’s no excuse for not providing a decent morning coffee service. Not a place I would recommend if asked.

Clean with a decent restaurant that offers room service. The only downside is the noise showers/bathrooms in close rooms sound. I thought our shower had busted but it was just the neighbor taking a shower. Excellent water pressure though!

Stayed here on a road trip to Great Basin NP. Our room was spacious and clean with a confortsble bed. Nice toiletry items, including toothbrush and toothpaste! The room included 2 bottles of decent wine for purchase (although we didn’t purchase). At checkin we were each given a coupon for 1 glass of complimentary beer or wine from the casino bar… a nice perk! The casino also had a decent Mexican and steak restaurant. Would stay here again!
