We loved our 3-night stay. Our room was small and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Everything was clean and orderly. Our TV stopped working and was immediately replaced. The breakfast was great - the absolutely best scrambled eggs we have eaten at a hotel breakfast! Lots of fresh food choices. The hotel was near the locations we wanted to visit. Underground parking worked fine. Thank you for a great stay!

Good stay, but expensive for what you get

Clean rooms, small size, and the rooms do not have a safe box. The location is great, and the car parking is very good and clean. Air Conditioning is poor, as the room was warm and i could not cool it down. The area has good restaurants nearby. The Breakfast selection is also the same everyday and little variety. The price I paid was over priced - very expensive

This was upto usual Holiday Inn standard, all the facilities needed for a business trip. Only had 1 issue which was paying for parking and leaving. Machine broken but a very helpful attendant did get us out with minimal fuss.

The hotel and breakfast was nice as was the staff. However, my friend had to cancel the trip so I needed to cancel the second night of my two night stay. As I had prepaid my accomodation through hotels.com, I was told I couldn’t get a reimbursement for my cancelled night. As such now I know not to book my stays through hotels.com nor stay at Holiday Inn in the future as when plans change, there is no leeway to get a reimbursement unless you cancel your whole stay before travelling so if something happens last minute, you end up paying for your reservation even if you don’t use it.

Cost cutting withn the environment as the excuse..

Had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I stayed for two nights and upon returning the second evening, I saw that the room wasn’t cleaned, bed done and no soap or face tissues in the bath. Checked at the reception and I was told that it was now company policy not to clean the rooms daily. Only once in 3 days and if I need it sooner, I had to ask beforehand. Apparently, I was to be told this while checking in but the receptionist had forgotten to do so. With a very average breakfast, small 20sqm rooms and a price of Euro 100-150 a night, this place is daylight robbery….
