Basic. Clean. Affordable. Needs a bit of TLC... both the shower and toilet needed fixing while we stayed. To the property manager's credit they took care of it within hours. The wifi was almost non-existent. The office tried to connect my phone -it still didn't work, neither dd my wife's phone nor my laptop. Good restaurants and stores just a 2minute walk away and easy parking. Didn't get to use the pool and hot tub bot they looked OK. Was a good location for our scouting trip.

Cleanish room with a cockroach visitor one night, vary bare furnishings no water or tea /coffee in a welcome pack like we used to get. Staff offered to spray apartment. Beds like campbeds small and hard. Pool very good staff very nice and helpful.

Ona Club Benavista*****

Only here for a short two night stay, but will definitely come back again. The location was perfect for us. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Welcome pack of coffee etc. was very much appreciated. The facilities, pools/gardens were beautiful & looked to be well maintained. More bars & restaurants than you could shake a stick at on the doorstep. Would highly recommend here for families, or groups of friends.

The floors were filthy, so bad, couldn't walk on them without shoes. The bathtubs had been painted and it was all pealing off and rusty, didn't want to use them. The window in the bathroom is BLACK with mould. The air vents have so much dust that they are completely blocked. One of the showers was dangerous as it is positioned mid bath and makes you almost fall out the bath. There was no heating in one of the bedrooms and it was cold that week, so we had to put the beds in the livingroom. It was not furnished like in the photos. The floors needs a DEEP CLEAN and then a polish. 2 of the plug sockets did not work as the earth pins were bent. The whole experience was a 2/5 start experience. It was a place to sleep. That's about it. I will never stay with this company again.

The stay was ok, basic but functionable apartment. On arrival i had to ask for clean bedding as the pillows has hairs and the sheets were dirty. But the office manager was great, and replaced them immediately, very good service from the office manager. On our last day, cleaning staff came into the apartment at 0845 without knocking. We were still in our underwear, and the children were still sleeping. This was a bit off, as checkout isn't until 10am. They should not be entering apartment's during occupancy without knocking first.

Relación calidad precio correcta. Nos alojamos en un apartamento de una habitación, sin lujos pero cómodo. Lo mejor, el pequeño patio privado con hamacas. Lo peor, las camas no estaban en muy buen estado (el sofá cama no es demasiado cómodo), pocos armarios para estancias largas y no había tendedero. La zona de la piscina era agradable y se aparca bien en los alrededores.

Vi kommer tillbaka!

Vi trivdes väldigt bra på boendet. Bra AC! Kylskåp med frysfack så kunde köpa många glassar till barnen. Stor uteplats med bord, stolar. Solstolar att ha på gräsmattan utanför altanen som var vår egna. Poolerna var bra. Väldigt nära Mc Donalds vilket var perfekt med barn. Restaurangen precis utanför har fotbollsplan och lekplats, mycket barnfamiljer men inget stoj. Tar ca 8min gå till stranden där det är bra promenadväg och stenig strand. Mysig kvällspromenad. Supermarket nära och fler restauranger. Stor Supermercado 10min bort där det finns allt!
