Unique with this villa is the lower floor with lounge-living room and access to one of the bedrooms, appropriately placed in open plan layout, beautifully drained with draperies and in extremely pleasant atmosphere, We guarantee that you will truly love this space! The lounge consists of sofas, tables and ample space for children to play or family to just hang out or maybe read a book.
The top floor consists of one of the bedrooms, bathroom and direct access to the 60 m2 roof terrace. You can also get to the rooftop terrace via the hall without going through the bedroom. The rooftop terrace has large lounge furniture, and with panoramic views of the beautiful surroundings.
