I loved the proximity to the stream - the sound is healing. We saw an elk and turkeys right outside the door. The bed & pillows were comfy - that’s always a risk and I was pleasantly surprised. This condo is a great home base between Estes Park & RMNP. I’d stay here again.

Perfect cabins close to RMNP

Perfect place to stay while visiting the park or heading in to town. property has the creek with chairs and picnic tables setup all around providing a nice place to relax and watch the water go by. We'll definitely be looking to book here again when we come back.

Wonderful cabin

My husband and I were there for our 25th wedding anniversary. Such a well capped cabin and convenient to all areas of concern. About a mile from Rocky Mountain national Park. And then about 5 miles from downtown. We completely enjoyed our visit.

Property was good in good location. Mattress was terrible - lumpy and worn out Freezer should have ice-maker Lid in hot tub covering filter cartridge kept coming loose. Needed step stool as many other properties around this one had. Wooden lawn chairs near Fall River were broken and unstable.

Great stay steps from the river

This was a wonderful stay in a nicely decorated wooden cabin feel with a spacious bedroom, bathroom with a jetted tub, and kitchen with all the amenities. There is a hot tub outside on the porch, and it just steps from the river. We sat in the companion chairs every day a couple of times just listening to the water. We would definitely recommend and come back again.

Gem in Estes

Fantastic property right off the river in a perfect location in Estes Park. We brought our toddler and 2 month old baby. The unit is a 1 bedroom condo and the layout worked great for our family. Everything was very clean and had all that we needed. Loved the hot tub and location to the river with beautiful trees and wildlife everywhere. Great place to stay for a relaxing vacation! I posted a picture looking out from the unit and received at least 5 comments requesting information on where we stayed. Would highly recommend! We will be back!

Beautiful in every way

Here for our son’s wedding. The location of this rental is perfect. Beautiful scenery, great hot tub, comfy bed & easy access into town. Saw beautiful wildlife in every direction. Would absolutely stay here again if we come back.
