Riverview has a three-car garage in addition to plenty of parking on the main level front of the home. No stairs required! Beautiful, well appointed home near RMNP, Estes and the Y!

Clean, beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood near all the attractions of the Estes valley. 4 bedrooms, all with King beds is hard to find and that’s what this home had which made it perfect for 2 families traveling together. Visiting in winter, it was great to have an attached 3 car garage as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’ll need for staying in and cooking. Overall, it was a great week and Riverview was a great place to stay! Thanks Tamara!

Birthday Bliss

We planned a last minute trip to Estes Park for my 50th birthday when our Disney vacation got canceled due to Hurricane Helene. From start to finish this stay was lovely. The communication from the property manager, Tamara, was above and beyond expectations. The house was warm, clean and serene. I highly recommend staying here and enjoying s’mores under the stars at the fire table!!!

We absolutely loved this home and location. What a great house with 4 large Kingsize beds and bathroom. It was perfect for our family. We had a wonderful deck on the front and had a beautiful view of the river. Everything was just perfect for a great vacation.

Beautiful home in Estes Park

This home had everything we needed plus! The ping pong table was a hit with the kids and all of the items needed for exploring the park were in the home to use- folding chairs, ice chest, back pack etc. we flew in so did not have any of those with us. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Estes Park! Thank you to the host for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful home with large, well-equipped kitchen

Beautiful home in a beautiful location! Best equipped kitchen in a place I have rented yet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this home made family dinners (and even having some extra guests over) possible AND easy. We had a few minor things come up and Tamara was easy to reach, quick to respond and took care of everything! It was difficult to find a home in Estes with enough bathrooms for the number of bedrooms (in my opinion), but this one worked perfectly. I highly recommend this home to other families or larger groups.

Wonderful house with a great location!

This house is set up very well for multiple couples traveling together. It's rare to find a 4 bed/4 bath house that is this well done. On top of that, the house comes stocked with many things that were unexpected. The attention to detail was evident. You can tell there was a lot of thought put into providing items guests might need for their stay. VERY clean and VERY well maintained. Highly recommended!

Family get together

Had a wonderful time with my son from Maryland and his family together with my daughter and sister from Texas. My granddaughter who lives in Germany also joined us. All had a fabulous time and want to return! This property has all the convenience of home. We did a lot of cooking and outdoor activities. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood.

The location of this house was perfect! It was close to town, Rocky Mountain Park, the River, & restaurants. The house was very comfortable and roomy and well stocked. We had a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren.

A home away from home

we are a group of 8 friends. We were visiting Colorado and were glad to find such a beautiful, well-furnished, well-maintained, meticulously arranged, invitingly decorated home. The house has very comfortable 4 bedrooms with BR. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the family area with all sorts of games, cards etc. They have a great selection of movies, books, etc. We enjoyed ping pong too. The decor is very inviting. We felt welcome as soon as we entered the home. There is ample space to sit outside on the verandah. The sound of the river flowing nearby is enchanting and kept us outdoors during the daylight. Ample parking space. The house is located in a great neighborhood. Friendly neighbors -- met them in the morning!! We all loved the place so much, we will return next time for a longer duration. Ms. Tamara was very positive, optimistic and friendly. She reached out from day one. She was always willing to help. Highly recommend this gem!!

This place is fantastic! Probably the most well appointed rental we’ve ever encountered. The artwork, decoration and furniture are so well done. So nice. So comfortable. The location was perfect for us - a little away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but so convenient to everything we wanted to do. This is not your average Vrbo. No, this pace is special. And Tamara was so very accommodating, above and beyond. If you can stay here at Aspen Brook, you should.

Wonderful, spacious home for 5 adults and 2 small children. Best equipped home we’ve ever rented. Tamara was the perfect house manager, making sure we had everything we needed, offering suggestions for kid’s activities, places to grocery shop, etc.

Perfect Rocky Mountain Vacation!!

We stayed in this beautiful home last year and could not wait to come back. It is absolutely the best home for making family memories. It has absolutely everything you need for cooking, playing games, and outdoor activities. Also the most amazing fire pit area which we made s’mores a couple of nights. Our young Grandchildren loved watching the deer, elk and bunnies in the yard outside the house. They also loved the playground, we would walk down to every day and they would play, then we would all walk down to the beautiful river and sit on the swing and watch the River. The house feels like we were in the mountains, but was so close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, downtown Estes Park….it just had everything!!!! We already are looking forward to going back. Tamara was the best to communicate with us and we got to met her and she is just the nicest person….thank you, Tamara, for all the personal touches you put in this house that made our stay so special. We will hold so many beautiful memories forever….until next year!!!
