The bathroom didn't have heat, no electrical outlet by the desk, we asked for a extra blanket for each bed and only received one. The male staff member didn't seem very happy and wasn't communitive as should be. The housekeepers were excellent. We both have been in the hospitality business for years and feel that the front desk staff needs a little more training.

The staff was very good. The room appeared to have been recently updated. My one gripe was that the floor didn’t seem to have been cleaned when we arrived. The continental breakfast was very good.

Outside grounds were clean and adequately lit. Office staff was friendly and helpful. I had small hiccup with the TV remote. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable to sleep in.
