I like that this property is very affordable for its downtown location. It is also clean and comfortable and I love that you can park right next to your door. The staff was friendly and efficient. All in all, a great place from which to enjoy Eugene.

Good location. Able to park car at motel and walk to amenities. Clean, older facility. Only complaint is height of mirror in bathroom…not designed for short people. Had to stand on tiptoe to style my hair!

What a wonderful hotel! Delightful staff, comfy beds, ample pillows, clean rooms & bath w lg tub, quiet, lovely hanging flower baskets, fresh paint & more. Free parking & continental breakfast. Not a lot of flash or big corporate hype, it's a welcoming, safe property with ample tv options & charm. The owners care about this property & it shows. So glad we found it! Definitely will return.

When I got out of my car after a long drive up from Sacramento, the first thing I noticed on the way to the office was the lovely smell of a hanging basket of flowers. The staff was so friendly and welcomed me and my dog to the property, which had a nice gazebo where I could give her water and a little rest before we went to our room. The room was quiet and restful, a perfect place to relax before getting back on the road the next morning.

This was a great spot to stay, and hands down our favorite of the 4 motels we stayed at on our roadtrip. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the building was quiet. We appreciated the charm of the building and its proximity to activities in town. We enjoyed how close it was to the brewery we ate at, the rose garden, and the dessert shop we found. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Eugene!

Thought I’d try it again

2nd time staying there. This time we arrived around 4:00 and office was locked with no staff in sight. Waited almost 1/2 for a guy to come out of one of the units and let us in. The refer wasn’t plugged in and I had to move a 300 lb dresser to plug it in. The TV was not working on the app channels even when attempting to connect to our accounts. Cold water valve in the bathroom sink was off. The bed was sagging but comfy. The breakfast was snacks and tepid coffee. I enjoyed my 1st stay but this time not so much

Courtesy Inn lived up to its moniker. They were always friendly and courteous, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The area around it is very walkable. Easy walk — under 15 minutes — to great restaurants and shops.

Good place to stay.

It was a college grad weekend so a normal $99 room was over $600 per night. That sucked but all hotels in Eugene do this. The people were great. My only complaint is that the room was small/crowded. Would stay again but not on an event day

Check in was quick and easy. Rooms offer efficient use of space. Parking is tight, but acceptable. Adjacent road s Loud and Breakfast is individually packaged danish roll, banana yogurt and package of oatmeal. Orange juice and coffee were great. Staff was courteous and helpful.. price was fair for what you get.
