Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the hamlet Canneto 10 km from the centre of Passo Corese, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: property 1 ha (fenced), garden 1 ha (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, patio, arbour, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. Narrow motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road).
