Villa Vista Alegre - Cala Galdana

“Vista Alegre” is the twin of Villa “Acantilado”. Both houses are practically identical, both welcome you with a first-class atmosphere and services, and turn your vacation into a real dream. They have four double bedrooms each, three with single beds and one with a double bed, and three bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a bathtub.

As there are more and more families travelling with various generations or larger groups of friends who want to enjoy together the experience of spending their holidays in a villa with a garden and private pool, combining the two houses you can achieve the ideal constellation, which is being next to each other having at the same time your privacy and each one their own outdoor area and pool. The same as “Acantilado”, “Vista Alegre” is situated in a quiet side street of beautiful Cala Galdana, right on the edge of the cliffs, with a spectacular view over the entire bay, the beach, the sea and the pine forests. The garden with its beautiful pool, equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs, invites you to enjoy nature and the stunning views directly on site and to spend a lot of time in it.

The interior of the house meets all requirements. The ground floor has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, both with direct access to the outside terrace and garden. One bedroom with its corresponding bathroom is located on this level. On the second floor another pleasant surprise: In addition to the two bedrooms that face the sea side, with incredible views, there is another bedroom that, together with a living room and its bathroom, constitutes a suite with its independent entrance through an external staircase from the street, which even forms a small landing acting as a terrace. Perfect and absolutely charming.

Of course, the whole house is fully equipped and has WIFI and air conditioning in all bedrooms.

As for the area, the house is connected to the rest of the resort by a "secret" staircase that leads down to the beach. This way you get to sea level directly and in no time, if you want to swim in the sea or continue walking towards the shops and restaurants. This detail makes it the ideal location, quiet and well connected. A stage of the now famous “Camí de Cavalls”, one of the most beautiful sections, through the pine forests to Cala Mitjana and then to Cala Trebaluger, begins practically in front of the house. For those who like to hike or prefer the virgin beaches, a paradise, a walk recommended in every season, as it is a path protected by the vegetation.
