This hotel was amazing, so clean, lovely spaces, such helpful staff. The gym was very small but it was fine and better than nothing. If the gym were available earlier each morning I would have used it every day before we set out for the day, but I may be in the minority there. We really loved our stay.

What an amazing location. Plenty of food options, the staff’s suggestions were great. The room was magnificent, very clean, plenty of space, bed was amazing and our kids loved it. Literally no complaints at all. 15/20 min walk to the Duomo where all the hubbub is, plenty to see on the way. Didn’t have a car, but plenty of parking on premise. 10/10, would love to stay here again!

This was my second visit in less than a year with this one being an extended stay. The location is outside the main tourist area but close enough (walking) to amazing restaurants, pastry/coffee and grocery (CO-OP). Our room came with an espresso machine, fridge, microwave/toaster oven, cook-top and dishwasher. The pool/spa relaxing. The staff was superb. This will be my go to place to stay in the future in Florence

Lovely apartment suites with large king size bed. In a nice area of Florence just outside of the tourist city centre. There is a lot of construction happening for a new tram line outside of the hotel which should make it more convenient to get around with public transport. Breakfast was OK. Reception staff were lovely!
