Great hotel with an excellent location. House keeping came round every evening to enquire if you needed anything. Towels changed daily and bathroom toiletries replaced everyday. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The only thing that would have been nice would have been english subtitles on the TV channels. 9/10 programmes were in Italian which could have had English subs ☹️

So nice having a pool

Lovely modern hotel in a great location. We had a triple room between two of us as the hotel was fully booked but it was great to have the space. The roof top pool is fab, especially in the hot weather, it was lovely to sit up there amd relax after a day of sightseeing.

Excellent location for the centre of Florence

Pros: Location was key - good actress to rail and bus services and the museums etc all within easy walking distance.
Cons: To serve a wider range of food in the evening
Lovely holiday - the pool on the the terrace was a saviour at the end of the day. Staff very helpful in finding the way around Florence. Lovely day in Fiesole - off the beaten track using the number 7 bus! - Excellent views of Florence.

Very stylish, modern architecture; friendly staff, excellent breakfast and nice, if somewhat small pool on the roof. The room could have been a bit larger, too, but was adequate for two. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the air conditioning was effective and easily adjustable. Within easy walking distance of both the Fortezza da Basso Congress Center and all the landmarks and shops of the City Centre. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Florence.

Perfekter Städtetrip

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, sauber, modern, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Das Hotel haben wir nicht zum letzten mal gebucht. Sehr empfehlenswert.
