This hotel had the most wonderful staff—so kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. Unfortunately, our AC wasn’t working, and on the second day we experienced very low water pressure, which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was quite good, and I always felt safe during my stay. The location was absolutely perfect—right next to the Duomo, which was such a treat!

Absolutely beautiful and spacious room, incredibly friendly staff and right in the middle of everything. Our stay included breakfast which was delightful and there was daily afternoon tea which we also enjoyed. Great bedding and a large selection of pillows and lovely thick bath towels and robes.
