The stay in this hotel was really. The air conditioning in our room broke down the second night of our stay. The hotel didn’t have any maintenance staff at night to fix it. Only two staff members working at night - receptionist and security. They tried to help us but they ended up changing our room around 12:30’AM. The following the assured us that the air conditioning was fixed. However, when we went to the room the air conditioning was not working. So they ended up again charging our room at 01:00AM. Furthermore, the room/bathroom was not cleaned for the last 3 days. There is a clear lack of staff with only two people working at night in a hotel with 500+ rooms. The same happened during breakfast where there was a clear lack of staff with coffee machines not working properly. The communal areas are great. To the hotel management- hire more staff.

If you’re looking for a real hotel, this isn’t it. This is a glorified and very expensive dorm building full of college students. The pool area has an amazing view but the amenities do not outweigh the fact that didn’t Feel at all like a nice 4-star hotel. The rooms are also dorms and the students come into the halls at all hours of the morning. It was not at all worth the high price tag
