Unique property with substantial amenities! This hotel had an abundance of unique areas such as a downstairs outdoor lounge/bar area with live music on certain days, rooftop pool and bar with view to Florence, and a rooftop gym (also stunning view). Best part we enjoyed was the free laundry room! We were able to do loads of laundry, the only downside is you can’t run more than one machine at a time which extended our laundry time. They also have a downstairs game room and music room adjacent to the laundry to pass time. However, during our stay non of the instruments in the music room were working. In regards to the rooms, some were on the smaller side but honestly laid out nicely and didn’t feel too cramped. It does have a dorm-like feel, but we didn’t mind. A majority of the guest were young and some families. Beware that some nights it was a bit noisy with some events, but definitely bearable. The only downside (although not the hotels fault) was the distance to the city, it is out of the way and about a 20-30min walk to major sites. The tram does stop right in front of the property so you can easily take that to the Central train station or other parts of Florence to shorten the commute. But overall, highly recommend this property!

The hotel is excellent! Location is amazing, especially the tram stop directly outside. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and really nice. In our room, as lovely as it was, there was just a lot of dust in the air - I think it’s just because the ceilings are so high. The surfaces were cleaned well. Everything else was great though and the staff were lovely. We even got a free coffee whilst waiting for our room which was sweet.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was much newer, cleaner, and more spacious than many other hotels we've stayed at in Italy. The style and layout felt more like an American hotel — modern, comfortable, and very functional. The amenities were excellent. We especially appreciated the free laundry facilities, which are rare in Europe. The rooftop bar was a highlight — great atmosphere, excellent drinks, and an incredible view. The pool was small but nicely done, and the entire experience felt easy and relaxing. One thing to note is that the hotel is quite large, and navigating between buildings requires changing elevators. It’s not difficult, but if you’re in a rush, it can be a bit inconvenient. Still, it's a small trade-off for the overall comfort and quality. I think this hotel is best suited for families and younger travelers. While there are elevators and it’s accessible, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for older guests looking for a smaller, more central boutique-style stay. That said, it’s still a much more comfortable option compared to many of the older, smaller hotels in Europe. The location is a bit outside the city center, but still very manageable with public transportation or taxis. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The views from my room were one of the best I've seen in Florence - breathtaking! The staff was incredibly accommodating, and when I mentioned that the airflow in our room was a bit still, they promptly delivered a fan to our room upon my return. The rooftop bar was another highlight - not only did it have an amazing view, but the staff were attentive and knowledgeable about their creative drink recommendations. And speaking of attentive service, the restaurant at the hotel really stood out. We were initially seated outside, but when it started to drizzle, the server kindly offered to move us inside for dinner, which we happily accepted. One of the best things about this hotel is its location - it's just a short walk from the primary train station in Florence, Santa Maria Novella. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Florence.

Excellent stay

Excellent place that's good value for money in Pisa. The rooms are well kept, the staff friendly, and the bars are nice to sit down in after a long day. The gym is also worth visiting. The views from the roof bar of Florence must be seen to be believed.

Turned up at 1pm to be told can check in at 3pm, then it came to 4pm when we returned it still wasn’t ready. The staff offered a free drink at the bar and then decided to talk in Italian infront of us thinking we wouldn’t understand. The room magically then became ready and the free drinks were not offered. The room was nice but sometimes loud music at unnecessary hours, in addition to this a service door for housekeeping was next to our room and the door was squeaking and being slammed multiple times in a row open and shut again at very early hours. Aircon cannot go below 20 which in the height of summer is pathetic as the rooms are very hot and facing the sun, also lighting was poor and extremely overlooked by the rooftop so you couldn’t change in private unless everything was shut and the poor lighting turned on. They now post checking out and paying have tried to charge us for something additional without even asking to one of the cards that was used to pay city tax and not for the booking, this unauthorised payment has been flagged by the card company as fraudulent and now we have to wait for a new card and cannot spend money. This is not anything we agreed to. Overall hotel was ok but staff are really poor and Anton in particular was rude and obnoxious.
