Enjoy this beautifully remodeled two bedroom Abbey Villa condo with a wonderful outdoor patio view of the pool! Your family will fall in love with this condo and want to make it your vacation destination every year. It boasts a large living space complete with a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The second bedroom boasts a large bunk bed with full-size mattresses and a third trundle pull out bed! The master bedroom has an attached bathroom that is beautifully remodeled with comfortable amenities. This condo is located adjacent to the association pool and a very short walk to the Fontana lakefront where you can enjoy swimming in the lake to eating dinner at multiple restaurant options.

*Please note that the Abbey Villas are not part of the Abbey Resort, therefore do not have access to those amenities.

Lovely Stay

This is a peaceful, clean and overall pleasant stay in Fontana. We saw deer on the property multiple times. It was very quiet except some yard maintenance (chainsaw work outside our window) that was done before 8am one morning. The condo includes just about everything you can think of needing for a week's stay. We took full advantage of the kitchen, and wanted to use the blender but it was broken. When I called and asked for a replacement, it was at our door within hours. The TV in the living room didn't work, but they called ahead of check in to make us aware, and it was no problem as we didn't plan to watch TV. Communication was excellent. We were notified that some water meter work needed to be done in the unit during our stay (not necessity their fault) which was inconvenient as we didn't have water for about half a day and had a worker in and out of the condo. This was probably a one time fluke, but did hamper a day of our stay as the worker didn't turn our water back on and when we returned from dinner around 9pm we had to troubleshoot getting water. Again, they were extremely responsive and helpful in remedying this issue. Overall would definitely recommend. My parents came for lunch and thought the place was great!

The buildings are in excellent condition. Our unit was up-to-date, clean, and spacious. I love the kitchen with all the new appliances. The deck overlooking the pool area was exceptional. And it was fun being able to walk all the Abbey property and grounds.
