Bon séjour en famille

Personnel très accueillant et très gentil. Quelques problèmes d’eau chaude selon l’heure mais la direction fût très compréhensive et fît un geste commerciale. Appartement cosy et chaleureux. Très belle vue sur la Terrasse. Inconvénient, il faut sortir pour aller à la réception ou passer par le sous-sok (tout aussi froid). Il fait faire les lits et les défaire puis descendre le linge sale mais sinon c’etait vraiment sympa.

Appartement bien équipé pour une famille mais literie peu confortable, présence de 2 salles de bain très pratique, beaucoup de rangements, télé minuscule et pas d'équipement pour l'extérieur ( 1 petite table et 2 chaises) dommage car la terrasse est assez grande L'accès à la piscine est trop compliqué, il faut passer par les garages en sous sol quand il fait froid c'est pas pratique et cela dissuade, la piscine est fermée le samedi mais nous avons eu la possibilité d'en profiter

Parfait pour un court séjour à la montagne

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement pour 6 personnes est vraiment spacieux. Nous étions au RDC côté nord ce qui est plutôt très bien en été (soleil le matin pour le petit déjeuner et en fin d'après midi pour profiter du coucher de soleil). Nous avons également apprécié le petit bout de jardin et la vue sur les montagnes depuis la chambre et le salon! Le personnel à l'accueil est à l'écoute. Tout est fait pour vous faciliter la vie (état des lieux d'entrée et de sortie rapides). Appartement très propre et très bien équipé. La résidence très bien située et est à deux pas de la rue principale et des quelques commerces de la station. Courts séjours possibles. Bref, un sans fautes pour ce qui nous concerne.

A éviter

Déçus de notre séjour dans cette résidence soit disant prestige. Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement sale (eau dans la bouilloire, tache de vin sur le plan de travail, miette sur le lit, sac de l'aspirateur débordant de cheveux et autres poussières). Les draps et serviettes de toilettes n'étaient pas dans l'appartement, nous avons du aller 2 fois à la réception pour les récupérer. La télé ne marchait pas. A noter que le wi-fi dans l'appartement, le ménage, le kit entretien, le sauna ou le hammam sont payant bref pour moi cette résidence est basique car tout est en supplément. D'autres résidences concurrentes sont beaucoup plus généreuses que celle-ci. point positif : - l'agencement de l'appartement (nombreux rangements et portes manteaux) - La réceptionniste qui était vraiment très gentille et qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se déroule au mieux malgré tous nos soucis.

Premier séjour estival en Savoie, à la station de la Toussuire près de St Jean de Maurienne. Très belle région avec de nombreuses activités à pratiquer au sein de la station (balade à cheval, mini golf, activités pour les enfants...), et aux alentours (canyoning, via ferrata, escalade...).De belles balades et de nombreux musés et autres à visiter (musée de l'Opinel, musée de l'alu, miellerie, mines de Hurtières...), ainsi que de bons produits régionaux à déguster. Idéal pour les familles.

Hôtel récent et bien placé mais peu entretenu...

L'hôtel n'est visiblement pas assez entretenu. La propreté de la chambre laissée à désirer, et le personnel se défend de l'avoir nettoyer alors que l'ont à trouvé des cheveux dans la salle de bain ainsi que sur les matelas. La piscine est agréable mais dommage que la réception (ou se trouve le billard) soit fermée entre 11h et 17h. Belle station et belles randonnées pour les amateurs de marche.

ideal pour 1 semaine de ski

appartement avec 1 chambre bien agancé et pas de bruit venant des apparts à coté. Cuisine avec le strict minimum des ustensiles et couvetrs supplementaires seraient les biens venus. Piscine interieure tres agreable. Appartement un peu loin des pistes (500m). Station sans vrai village donc un peu terne. Domaine skiable des Sybelles interressant manquant tout de même d'arbres.
