This beautiful second floor corner gulf-front vacation condo is merely feet away from the sugar white sand of the beach. 201 Azure includes floor to ceiling glass patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this spacious condo include granite counter-tops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, cook top stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as all the dishes, pots and utensils that you will need to prepare the best gourmet meal or a simple sandwich. The dining room table has seating for eight with additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. The master bath includes a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. Each of the four bedrooms and living room all have televisions to relax each evening after enjoying a long day out on the beach. The private balcony has a table and chairs and chaise lounge to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset. You will enjoy the breathtaking views from this second floor condo well as the convenience and closeness to the beach.

Great stay missing some basics

Property was wonderful. Easy access to beach and pool. Not the best location for surrounding restaurants and long ways from the boardwalk. Part of the problem was major ongoing construction. Disappointed in the lack of basics in the condo. For example we were only given 2 trash bags and 2 dishwasher pods for a week stay of 12 people.

We planned an extended vacay around a baseball tournament. The beach location and view was great. Kids loved that one pool was heated so we were able to swim. And loved the green space where they could play. Rooms were spacious and roomy. Communication was quick and accommodating

Cleanest place I have ever stayed in!

Azure 201 was hands down the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. I can’t say enough about it. Usually at the beach the floors will be gritty and dirty- but not here! Tubs, showers, toilets - all of it was immaculate. The place is beautiful. At the end of the hallway you are not bothered with with noises and other guests. It was a great stay!

Annual late fall beach trip

The condo was very spacious! It was an extremely close walk to the beach. The owners provided very prompt communication and allowed for special request. I did not give an 5 overall rating secondary to the ice maker not working; lack sufficient hot water, candy wrappers on the floor upon check in, and the dryer requiring multiple cycles to dry. All minor inconveniences that did not affect our wonderful stay and did not need immediate attention. I am sure these few items can be fixed quickly for future renters. We had a first time and would definitely stay here again!

Nice unit inside and out. Quality comfortable furniture. Very clean - kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture and linens. Would definitely book this unit again. THANKS for a great place for our family to vacation!

Beautiful view

This was my 4th time staying at the Azure. There were no grandchildren the first time. Now there are 4 grandchildren so our needs are different. Their ages ranged from 4 months to almost 5. The shovels and bucket that were left on the balcony were very useful. More places to hang towels would have been great. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and hope to return again.

Could not ask for better

Everything at the property was excellent!! Easy check-in. The property was very clean and exactly like the pictures posted online!!! We had 11 people in our party and we were all comfortable. The second floor is where to stay. We were able to sit on the balcony and look out over the beach. It wasn’t a far walk at all to the beach. The whole experience was excellent. Definitely would stay there again!!

Best vacation ever

This condo and complex was really clean and safe, would recommend this property to anyone that wants to be in a safe and secure location with the pools and hot tubes, and the wonderful beach. The family had a great time and can not wait to come back.

Great overall- minor issues made it difficult.

The property is beautiful. The location of the pool, the location of the pool from the ocean, everything was great. The rooms wer big with big beds. Each room was huge and every room had a bathroom (one was a jack and jill style bathroom). The master bath was beautiful and huge. All the beds were comfortable. A couple of hiccups occurred that made the stay slightly stressful. We went 24 hours with no air conditioning, so one night it was very difficult for anyone to sleep because it was so hot. The dryer only worked about half of the time. The master toilet overflowed once and the jack and jill bathroom toilet had to be manually filled from the back of the tank each time in order to flush. The man that showed up to fix the air was very nice and professional and had the air fixed quickly. The man that walks around and does the checks for parking and at the pool was extremely nice also. Overall, it was a good experience, but we paid ALOT of money to stay at this place to have had so many "minor annoying issues." However, the rest of the good things outweighed the bad and we really did have a nice time. I will say, they thought of it all at this property. There was even a playpen and highchair available in the master closet and there was plenty of cookware and kitchen space. I would stay at the property again.
