My room very clean, comfortable and quiet. Coffe maker did not work. Not all TV channels listed worked. My check in not very welcoming - eg I asked about the buffet breakfast but said none avail - but failed to mention they did have good coffee available in the basement. Only when I asked about a nearby bar did they advise me about the rooftop lounge - it was quite unique!

Room was clean and housekeeping did a good job. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Great area for Korean food and excellent walking distance to Empire State Building and midtown area. Very easy to get Lyft or Uber from hotel. Very quiet room as it was located on the interior to other buildings, which means boring view but peaceful sleeping. Shower water pressure fluctuated and sometimes took a few minutes to get warm-hot water, likely due to busier time of day. Hallway had an odd smell, but wasn’t impacting the room.

Stayed on the 14th floor and because of the rooftop bar it was loud as people were leaving at midnight. The ice machine on the closest floor to us was not working and the front desk was not aware so we were sent there to get ice.

Good trip to midtown

The hotel was in an extremely convenient location. It was very easy to get around midtown from there. The room was comfortable and very clean. There was no mini fridge in the room and when we requested it, we were informed that it would cost $25 for the fridge. The hotel should specify that on their website when it says the fridge needs to be requested.

This hotel is in walking distance to Penn Station, which for my trip was very convenient. The staff pre-checked me in as my flight was cancelled and I arrived one day late. I asked for a letter stating this so that I could file a travel insurance claim and they were very accommodating.

Great location, hotel is a bit run down

The hotel is in a great location—conveniently close to Midtown’s main attractions, Penn Station, and the subway, making it easy to get around the city. However, the hotel itself feels a bit worn down. At one point, my friend got stuck in the elevator and had to call us for help. Since we were on the top floor and couldn’t reach the front desk, we alerted the bartender. His reaction was surprisingly casual—just an “oh, okay”—with no urgency at all. It felt like this sort of thing might happen often. The rooms were noticeably smaller than they appeared in the photos. Also, the ground-floor coffee area was underwhelming, especially considering the price we paid to stay there. We had two rooms next to each other—one had been cleaned, the other had not, which was a bit disappointing. We also noticed that many people at the rooftop bar weren’t hotel guests—they mentioned it themselves. A few even asked us if we were staying at the hotel and where we were from while in the elevator, which felt a little odd. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but nothing particularly memorable either. It served its purpose as a place to sleep after a busy day exploring Manhattan.

Great location in the heart of K-town and easy walk to Penn Station. However, the room wasn't great. The bathroom had only a hand held shower head and the towels were not clean - one of the towels hanging in the room was actually full of someone else's hair making us suspect the towels weren't changed. We also had trash from the last occupant of the room still there when we checked in.

Great property and location. I got this place for a steal and it was so nice. Right in the heart of Korea Town with restaurants that are authentic and open late. Easy access to Subway as well. Don’t forget to check out the rooftop bar before you leave. It’s free to enter and has a wonderful spot to take a selfie with the Empire State building in the background. The one weird thing was that the girl who first tried to check me in wasn’t very friendly and told me I would have to wait until 4 to get into my room. I was waiting in the lobby for 5 minutes getting something out of my bag, and there was a new guy at the front desk. He asked me if I had been checked in and I told him that I was told it wouldn’t be available until 4. He upgraded me immediately to a nicer room and got me in it immediately. Other than that it was a glorious stay and would stay again!
