🏨 Hotel Review: 2.5/5 ⭐️⭐️✨ ✔️ Perfect Location – Right in the heart of K-Town, with easy access to the subway, bus stations, Empire State Building, and Times Square. If you’re looking for pure convenience, you can’t beat this spot. ❌ The Downside: • Extremely outdated – The hotel is falling apart. • Elevator issues – One elevator was out of service (as reviews mentioned), leading to long wait times. • Safety hazard – A brick soap holder fell off in the shower, which could have caused serious injury. Thankfully, we were okay. • Poor management response – We emailed about the issue but didn’t get a response until after check-out. They reimbursed $80, but with a nightly rate over $400, it didn’t seem like much. • Tiny, cramped space – The room barely fit two beds, with no room for luggage. The bathroom was extremely small, with no shelf space for toiletries. • No soundproofing – You can hear everything from outside, but hey, it’s NYC. • Towels were thin and old – One shower and they were soaked. • Comfortable bed – Probably the only real plus inside the room. Bottom Line: If you only care about location, this place works. But for anything else—comfort, space, quality, service—look elsewhere.

The room is little than the photo. Our room have no a good view but was ok. Few steps for a subway, you can walk to some buildings and interested areas.

The good parts of the property: - right at the centre of the city - closeby to the subway station - functional and clean room - cleaning staff is good and cordial Bad parts: - stinky surroundings - property doesn't offer basic toileteries like toothpaste or shaving cream - Very less flexible frontdesk. Infact their line doesn't work from the room at all

Praise and thankfulness

Old world charm. ADA issues upon entering and leaving the hotel. Hand rails would be welcome. The young man in the lobby assisted me with exiting the property. My room was charming. Just the right size for a solo traveler. The patio was a nice touch. I was able to pray in the morning and before bed. Looking up at the sky seeing the stars.

They LOVE to rip off tourist who use Hotels.com

The hotel was ok and the room was clean. My issue is the additional check in charged levied when checking in. They said it was a 'Hotel charge' and what I paid on Hotels.com was a 'Room Charge'. As it was $140, it was not enough to tell them what they needed to be told and go try to find another hotel but I am sure they planned it that way.

I did not stay at the property. My card was stolen and this was in transaction while it was stolen. I tried calling y'all and letting y'all know and you told me that it was nothing y'all could do y'all was still going to charge my card. Very bad attitude over the phone
