One Queen DP (Deep Pocket) and Full DP bed in the bedroom upstairs, as well as a Sleeper Sofa in the living room, sleep up to 6 people. There is a 32" TV in the living room and the bedroom. This unit also includes a DVD player, radio/CD player, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Dogs and cats only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)
