love the location of this property . Employees and service were subpar. Drinks were over priced and watered down . Loved the live music and the heated pool and hot tub. Breakfast was included in our stay which was nice and convenient.

I always appreciate when a facility can accommodate an early check-in if it's the off-season and has the availability. Although not typically ideal beach conditions given the cold weather, the access to the sand and water and beautiful views were spectacular. Glad I could scout the location for potential future planning.

The property is very unique, in that it has several wings to the hotel, which enclosed an area that was filled with amenities and fun things to do. These include 2 pools, 3 bars, including the only swim up bar in the area, and 3 restaurants. There were several areas for lounging and a beautiful beach! I hope to return soon to take full advantage of the property, since it was quite cold for the area while we were there and due to ice and snow some areas were closed.

Be careful getting a beach view on the 5th floor. If there is an event on the 6th floor they are allowed to blast music and jump around until 10pm. This made sleep for my kids difficult while they partied right above us. They don’t enforce no smoking on the property unless you complain. Lastly, paying $30 for a resort fee is a little crazy in the winter considering the “heated”pool is too cold to swim and they even shut off the water to clean sand off yourself from the beach. Overall, decent beachfront property with some things they could work on to be better.

This resort is located right on the beach. All the staff I encountered at the resort were very nice. I would like to stay at this resort again, and I would recommend staying at this resort.

Enjoyed the surroundings, and the ocean front was fabulous. Unfortunately there is no place to store your clothes (no closet or dresser) and housekeeping was spotty. All in all the restaurant staff were wonderful and I’d stay there again.

My daughter was the one staying so she could see her brother. She said having the beach so close by was amazing! The staff they watched over her so she felt safe! She loved her mini getaway she was sad unfortunately the pools were out of commission when she was there but saw they got to working on them fast!

Staff was not very helpful and many of the resort amenities were not available for use even though they were listed online. The room we booked listed two queen size beds but they were queen size bed frames with two full mattresses that didn’t fit the frames which led to us banging our knees on the corner of them.
