When I got there, the lady at the counter said that there was something wrong with the computer and it would take a few minutes because they had somebody coming to repair the issue, but it wasn’t that long before it was up and running probably less than 10 minutes, but other than that, the staff was very friendly and courteous And the hotel was very clean and their breakfast had a very nice big variety of food overall was a pretty good experience. I would definitely stay there again.

Older heavy set housekeeper on the 6th floor was very rude. I asked were there a ice machine anywhere she pointed with a nasty additude and said "over there"! I said what you mean over there? She said it again the same way and i walked off before i would've said something i had no business saying. No one is making you work there, if you dont wanna be there, leave! You have freedom to do whatever you please with your life.

The entire staff from the front desk to the manger and the lady fixing breakfast were very friendly we had to be at the children's hospital and this made our trip so pleasant glad we choose them!

The staff was truly accommodating and pleasant!! I was able to catch a few names of who we encountered, Emmanuel and Hilary assisted us but everyone who worked during my stay was super pleasant. Staff was professional, polite and great to work with. The room was clean. Breakfast was awesome. Parking was a little tight and funky, but it worked out. It was the first time we've ever paid a parking fee at a hotel. Overall a good place to stay.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this Holiday Inn. The cleanliness of the room was far below acceptable standards. The bathtub had visible stains, and there were what appeared to be blood splatters in the corner of the restroom, which was extremely unsettling and unsanitary. For a hotel brand that typically maintains good quality, this was very surprising. I expected a clean and comfortable room, but unfortunately that was not the experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the housekeeping issues so future guests don’t have the same problem.
