Para o que o hotel prega, que é vender experiência. Deixa MUITO a desejar. Checkin demorado, quarto para 3 só tinham 3 toalhas, e falando em quarto para 3. Eu tirei uma foto da MACA chocante que eles põe para a 3º pessoa dormir. Já fiquei em vários hotéis 5 estrelas, e assim, foi uma experiência decepcionante. Um hotel de mais de 2000 reais a diária colocar uma pessoa para dormir em uma maca (que ainda estava suja) não sei como funciona essa questão do quarto para 3, mas quando foi feita a reserva, foi selecionado 3 pessoas e o hotel aceitou perfeitamente. No checkout não perguntaram sequer se gostamos da experiência, dando 0 abertura para expormos as questões. E não levaram nossa mala até o carro, não ofereceram. Isso um hotel com vários funcionários. Café da manhã muito bom, área da piscina do hotel excelente. Porém para um hotel que vende uma experiência, para mim, deixou bastante a desejar.

Achei hotel lindíssimo, fomos muito bem recebidos na recepção. Hotel tem uma pegada mas luxuosa. O Restaurente do hotel, aqui temos uma nota 1000 - simplesmente o café da manhã foi espetacular e o cardápio do almoço e jantar muito bom. A comida muito boa. Mas, sempre tem algo que fica a desejar né? Não gostei da acomodação… nos colocaram num quarto muito escondido, só tivemos vista do telhado, pouca vista da piscina… mas além disso o quarto muito velho, o banheiro com aspecto de velho, tinha muita muriçoca. O quarto realmente não achei nada demais para um Carmel. Da sensação de antigo e pouco conservado. Na mesma viagem fiquei no Vila Galle Cumbuco Sunset e também tive uma experiência muito gostosa com a região, acredito que lá estrutura do quartos foi melhor e até aproveitamento da praia foi melhor também (por conta da lagoa)! A Praia do Carmel não achei muito banhável, aproveitamos mais as jacuzi com uma vista linda para a praia!

O Carmel Cumbuco é sempre minha opção quando quero dar uma escapada no fim de semana. Gosto da estrutura do hotel, acho o ambiente da piscina, em meio a tanto verde, muito agradável. O atendimento é sempre muito gentil, mas quero destacar que dessa vez foi ainda melhor. O restaurante é caro, como os hotéis do mesmo estilo, mas a culinária é muito boa e o café da manhã é excelente.
