From the moment I walked into the establishment the customer service was amazing. I couldn’t read the form they wanted me to fill out. Joselei the front desk agent jump right in helped me fill out everything. She also remembered me the next day while she was coming into her shift. Great customer service from Jessel at the dining area. Euros was also helpful. I met the one and only Rosa. She was so out going and remembering guest as they walk by the next day. On my way out Natasha made my checkout fast and easy. I had and old luggage bag I wanted to get rid of. She took care of it right away. This place is a diamond in the rough. I will be back. It was close enough to get to the city and Was walking distance from my best friend of over 30 years. Thank you

Rooms are very small, but clean and modern. I had a noisy room next to a dumpster yard that awakened me at odd hours. Bkfst was spartan. Location not near many restaurants or shops. But two subway stations close by will take you easily into Manhattan. It's quite expensive despite some drawbacks.

They have mice infestation in the rooms especially in the matress.i asked for my to be changed yes I was accommodate but the 2 room was infested also so I had to leave a day early.wouldnt stay there ever again.
