The lobby was very clean. The room was also for the most part clean - a chip on the face basin and bath but otherwise clean. I left for a little while and went on the road after checking in - when I got back it was late - maybe 8/9 PM. As I settled in the room, I felt something biting me. I spoke to my daughter who was with me and was very tired and she said she thinks it was mosquitoes but wasn't sure. I did some work and then left again and purchased OFF Spray/ My daughter covered up and went to sleep. I tried to go to sleep but the biting got worse. I honestly don't know what it was. We did not disturb the sheets and brought a blanket from home to cover ourselves. the biting got so bad I called the front desk at 2 AM. The front desk clerk suggested I changed the room - but my daughter was covered up and sleeping - so I didn't want to disturb her. I used the OFF spray and the biting stopped a little - but was still there. I am disappointed it didn't work out because I am travelling from Albany NY to Dana Farber every week for the next 10 weeks. I even booked the room again earlier in the evening before I left and came back for next week - but have since cancelled that reservation. I don't have much mosquitoes were I live so I honestly don't know if that was the issue - all I know is that it was miserable and continued all night.

No frills Motel. OK but uncomfortable beds.

Basic Motel. Housekeeping came two days a week. Cleanliness and Facilities were satisfactory. Staff wereall polite, friendly and helpful. Sadly, I have to mark down the rating for comfort, as both of uswoke with back pain every morning from the poor mattresses provided.

Only thing didn’t like was no fridge or microwave in room. Beds were comfortable staff was nice. Price was great!

Only in an emergency should you stay here.

Not great, was cleanish but TV didnt work, shower head leaked, light over the oddly high sink didnt work. Bathroom door and floor had water damage. Everything was as cheap as possible and it was still like $240

The room is good but not a sound proof. We can hear very loud noises, crying kids from next door until 3:30 AM. They took a deposit of $62.76 but only refunded $50 and I am sure we did not do any damage in the property. I chose this place as very accessible.
