The morning of the 21st, the desk clerk that was on was rude she was not accommodating. My room key did not work so I was lock out of my room, when I called down to the front desk I got no answer I went down stairs there was no one there. After about fifteen minute wait she finally up. But it is absolutely too much to go into now so what I will do is notify Marriott headquarters.
