Das Übliche

Pros: Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal.
Cons: Schmutz unter den Betten entfernen. Pool schnellstmöglich instand setzen und bis dahin nicht damit werben. Mehr Möglichkeiten Handtücher aufzuhängen.
Sehr enttäuschend, dass der Pool gerade instand gesetzt wird und auf den Hotelseiten nichts davon steht.

Sehr geehrter Gast - herzlichen Dank für Ihre Nachricht. Leider dauern die Arbeiten am Pool noch bis Ende Februar an. Wir haben uns bemüht, die Hinweise auf Pool und Fitness in unserem Hotel bis auf weiteres auf allen Portalen auszusetzen - leider finden sich hier und da noch Bilder aus Zeiten des Vorbetreibers auf die wir keinen Zugriff haben. Das stiftet Verwirrung und wir entschuldigen uns dafür. - Wenn der Wellnessbereich fertig ist, wird er wunderschön und wir hoffen sehr, dass Sie uns dann wieder besuchen kommen. Herzliche Gruß
