Dear Mr Mark Thank you for your comment about the house. Most hotels charge a fee for late check-out, so this is not unusual. The check-out time is 12 noon, after that, there is a charge of 10 euros per hour. There is no minibar or water in the room at Holiday Inn Express Hotel Standard, but our bar is open until midnight and you can always buy water at our reception. We are here 24 hours for our guests if you have any questions. We have discussed your comments with the team and have taken the first steps to improve. We would be very happy to welcome you again soon.
