The staff was wonderful. The heater was perfect for a cold night. The hotel is near downtown Hanford, near shops, restaurants, and a cute coffee shop.

It was basic but clean staff was great. Need another blanket/comforter in room. Yes I know there’s a heater but I can’t breathe with it on. Too stuffy for me. Most hotels have it in the closet. None here. Other than that all good.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. My issues were about the room. The mini fridge is loud. The wall HVAC unit is loud. Both would turn on randomly all night. It must be a known issue because the room came with two sets of earplugs.

Staff was curtious, room was clean, a/c blew cold like I love it at night and nice and warm in the morning. Shower felt lovely and gets steam hot. I love the new look as well. Will stay again.

Rooms were clean and staff very help. Location is great for walking around downtown Hanford. Railroad tracks is right behind hotel, no trains all weekend though. Monday morning train did go by, that's why 4 stars. Will stay here again regardless of train (which you hear all over Hanford anyway!)
