The room we stayed in was spacious and at first very clean. We initially planned to stay for 2 days but added an extra day because the downtown area was so close by and there was plenty to do. We added the extra day at 10am at the front desk and requested the room be cleaned and towels restocked. We returned to the room at 6pm and there was nothing done to it. We called the front desk and they said that housekeeping goes home at 4. This was very disappointing. They did manage to send towels up but i became discouraged to stay here again. Also, the elevator was not functioning and everyone had to use the service elevator to get to their rooms. This caused congestion for travelers already tired from arriving. Marlo at the bar was awesome! She was extremely pleasant and friendly. My wife and I really enjoyed are time with her.
