The room was very small, with not enough outlets for getting ready in the morning. Had to make coffee on the desk. Children screaming and running up and down the halls until late st night. You can hear all the traffic outside clearly. The curtains would not block out the bright parking lot lights. We will not stay here again.

If its not working or has strict hours LIST IT

Just sucks that when you book a room you have to call and check that all of the amenities listed are functional or that the hours of the amenities listed are available to you. Broken spa, great bar picture, only open from 5pm-9pm. So, I booked this spot for nothing in essence.

Well once again something wasn’t working. This time it was the tv. When we tried to call the front desk and could barely here the person on the line talking which it went to the reservation department, and then they put us on hold for over 10min just to be transferred and still get a reservation dept. We had to go downstairs and tell the front desk. They had to come fix it. Then the coffe pot wasn’t plugged in behind this huge cabinet it was in. So no am coffee. But I husband was sick over night and the breakfast was supposed to be eaten in the food area but they let me take him a plate. Very nice of them.
