This hotel is a dump. The carpet seems to be original to the 70s when the place looked like it was built. It was stained throughout, rolled up, and even patched in sections. The indoor pool area was freezing with what seemed like no heating. Our room keys would work one time and then we’d have to go get them reprogrammed after each use. Also the hotel is so cheap they don’t even have an onsite front counter person fully staffed, rather a kiosk with someone staffing it from overseas. Oh and to top it off the WiFi also did not work. Cable was spotty like it barely had signal.

I couldn’t get into the pool I asked the lady upfront and she couldn’t help me. And it’s weird that there is someone at the front desk but you have to use the video person? Breakfast wasn’t good. The eggs were still runny almost liquid. The room was dirty with broken furniture. The bedding was dirty. The pillows didn’t look good. They to were dirty

Generally, the place is fine. but you really need to fix the carpeting there. Food is very decent, bartender is lovely, breakfast is typical, staff was very nice. Did not enjoy the virtual concierge experience. What is the point? If someone still has to be up to say hi to each passing person, why not just have someone that is actually there. So no. Definitely did not enjoy the virtual concierge experience. Soon, will that become AI? I hope not. I want the actual energy of a human.

This is one of the worst place I’ve ever encountered!! Came in to the building the smell is horrible, the rooms were horrible I found blood on the carpet. Immediately went back to the reception desk and requested a refund because I was basically only about 2 minutes in the room. I’m still waiting for the refund! Please read the reviews carefully before you decide to proceed with this transaction.
