On the promenade of Gallipoli overlooks a wonderful penthouse with a sea view, ideal for an unforgettable holiday in the heart of Salento.
Thanks to its strategic position, the use of the machine is not necessary. The penthouse is in fact very close to the beaches of Gallipoli, easily reachable on foot, as well as to all services (restaurant, bar, lounge bar, supermarket..etc.). An elevator (for the exclusive use of the tenants who will be staying) allows access directly inside the living room (by inserting a special private key).
Externally the penthouse has a wonderful 250 m2 equipped terrace, organized on two levels, partly also covered, where you can relax and have lunch / dinner with an enchanting sea view, access to the solarium of exclusive relevance, with a magnificent and suggestive view over the whole city of Gallipoli.
Internally the penthouse is developed on two levels; the fourth floor is composed of:

- living room with a double sofa bed, air conditioner, TV and DVD player;
