The separate quarter downstairs boasts a kitchenette for quick meals and snacks, a spacious living area, a full over a full bunk bed, and a full bathroom. Outside, guests can enjoy cooking up something on the private gas grill in the enclosed yard.

Great place for families close to the beach!

This property was great for our purposes. It is a duplex with with plenty of amenities. The hosts were very thoughtful with supplying so many extras (plenty of towels, dishes, kitchen utensils/appliances, games to play, etc. It was a very enjoyable time. The neighborhood was quiet, but since we are not from the area, not sure if the neighborhood was a good part of town?
