I was surprised about the condition of the bathroom. It looks like the floors are never scrubbed and the areas around the door has grime accumulated. I took pictures of the bathroom floors. The carpet needs to be deodorized.

Quite nice! Really surprised this location was this nice since Galveston has had more than it's share of tropical storms the past few years. Staff was exceptionally nice!

Grandson who was traveling with got sick our first- threw up on the bed. What a mess. Cleaned up mess and next morning told cleaning lady who was down the hall. She seemed angry at us- gave me clean sheets and asked me to make the bed or did we need her. She did not want to help- told us to put dirty sheets outside the room. Was not kind or helpful—- front desk and maintenance great. Helped with tv problem
