The Skeffington Arms Hotel was a perfect place for our stay in Galway. The hotel is centrally located making seeing the city easy. Offsite parking is close by and the city is very walkable. The hotel is well maintained and quaint. The bar/lounge next door has great food and music. Very happy with this location.

The property is in a great location, it's easy to get around on foot. It's close to the train station, restaurants, and shopping. The room was clean and a good size. Where we stayed we could hardly hear any noise from the bar. Would recommend asking for a room on the second floor in the back if you are a light sleeper.

This hotel is adorable and is in a perfect location, right in Eyre Square and right around the corner from Shop Street and all the things you want to do. It's also walking distance to the train station. BUT that being said, noise can be an issue. There is a great bar downstairs that has amazing musicians that play late into the evening. The front desk was SO kind and quickly moved us to a quieter room on the 2nd floor. Just keep in mind that if you're not a night owl, ask for a room on the 2nd floor. The hotel itself is so comfortable, spacious rooms, very clean. It was a lovely stay!
