We are very delighted to learn that you appreciated your stay in our Resort, conceived according to Lefay’s concept of overall wellness. In particular we thank you for highlighting the excellence of our Staff, the real key of our success. Moreover we are very happy to read that you enjoyed Lefay SPA, the exclusive temple to wellness of 3,800 sqm where mind and body are regenerated through the rediscovery of genuine emotions and our Lefay Vital Gourmet breakfast, which pays particular attention to the health aspects of food, following the principles of sustainable cuisine. However, we are very sorry that our Suites did not satisfy your expectations, especially given the great effort we take to pay attention to details. About this please let me inform you that all our Suites are overlooking the lake, but probably you can better admire the beautiful view of the lake from the Deluxe junior Suite, at the first floor, with a private balcony. It was most kind of you to provide us with your feedback, since it is only through these valuable comments that we can better understand and satisfy our Guest’s desires and expectations.
