The room didn’t seem very cleaned. Leaves from the balcony had accumulated inside the room. The AC kept making loud noises. I paid about $700 for two nights which seemed overpriced. Will never come back here. Although the staff were good.

Great spot, creek view was awesome! We even saw a bear!! Walking distance to all activities and the Smokey mountains walking trails. Fireplace was nice, breakfast is great!

Good location. The staff were excellent. Smelled like marijuana outside at night which wasn’t great. Also no ventilation in the rooms for the bathroom. Other than that, it’s a good location.

Room was clean. I stayed in 311 & the door is VERY hard to close. You have to slam is VERY hard to close it. It wasn't good with a sleeping 1 yoa. The staff was superb, very helpful & accommodating. We were there for the Christmas parade and she gave us front row seating. I would have given a five if the door was working properly. I will definitely rebook for next year.
