Hello, as it is written at the booking page, spa center is extra charge, but it could be much cheaper then 60 euro if you buy few entrances carnet. Our staff is giving this information during the check in time :)

Thank you for your review. Could we ask for contact in this matter? We double checked the information on the Ebookers website and all the information is presented there, including the extra charges for the access to the pool. We also did not recently have any situation where, for technical reasons, we had to move guests to a different apartment than they had booked. We want to constantly improve the level of our services and we would like to clarify this matter. Best regards,
