This hotel is very high in value for travelers for a short stay. The hotel is very quiet and clean. The room is not spacious but very comfortable, especially the beds. It’s a typical 4 star hotel in the middle range. About parking, it’s in Geneva, they don’t have enough parking space due to the high cost of land. But I was able to find free parking 15 minutes walk away. I saved 30 francs a night so no complaints. The only complaint I have is the fact that it’s short of staff most of the time. For the 2 nights I stayed with many ins and outs, there is only one short moment they have 2 persons on duty. 90% the time, there is one person. I had to wait for 15 minutes to get my parking ticket validated. I am not happy. How is it even possible for the entire reception desk with one individual to take care of all the guests’ needs? They are fully aware of the glaring issue but I assume they are trying to save labor costs? Anyways, expect to wait in the line when you are checking in or need help even though there is a very short line ahead of you. Overall, I am happy of the stay. Recommend to everybody!

Absolutely lovely hotel. We stayed in a suite apartment with 2 teenagers and 2 adults. It was spacious and airy. We had 2 bathroom and a kitchenette. The quality was outstanding, the hotel was very quiet despite being busy. We also went for a quick run on the treadmill of the gym! Would highly recommend! Absolutely brilliant!

This was a perfect spot for an overnight stay before a very early International flight from Geneva airport the following morning. The free, regular, frequent airport shuttles were perfect. We’d booked a family suite but were upgraded to two connecting rooms, which was perfect. I wish we’d had time to use the spa!

Staff at the hotel was brilliant, the gentleman upon check-in had exceptional customer service and at the bar....it was a pleasure....too bad I stayed in the hotel for only 4hrs....it was a last-minute booking due to my flight cancellations..
