Reservation was cancelled the same morning we arrived WHILE we were on the plane. As a results we lost one of the 2 rooms. Terrible communication. Otherwise the stay was good.

Staff was very friendly, room had fridge & microwave, shower was hot & temperature was great. Walls were thin & some guests were noisy but the price was great & we enjoyed our stay. The front seat staff was incredibly helpful to my husband who is disabled. We will stay here again.

More or less what we expected. Not great not bad. Smal rooms but clean and in good condition. A limited breakfast with not to much to choose from. Some day it took awhile for the staff to refill the breakfast. A few minutes walk to the subway, good location in Midtown.

Small room

The hotel was very clean + front desk people were very helpful. They serve the same pre-formed eggs + link sausage every morning, sometimes with potatoes. Waffles were available, only fruit was bananas so breakfast got kind of boring. The room was extremely small and the door rubbed the bed as we walked in the room.

El personal muy atento, las instalaciones y el desayuno nos gustaron, todo se veía muy limpio. Solamente el fin de semana en la madrugada nos despertaba el ruido de afuera, y eso que no vimos lugares cerca abiertos de noche, aún así nos despertaba la gente hablando y hasta gritando como si estuvieramos alado de una ventana abierta. Si pasan camiones por el área, solamente que no con tanta frecuencia, si pudiera elegir de nuevo elegiría un hospedaje más cerca de una estación de metro. Fuera de eso todo esta muy bien con el hotel.

Clean spot. Not too bad of an area. Walls are just extremely thin and you could hear conversations from other rooms or hallways. Cleaning staff would always camp in the hallways in the morning which really disrupts your sleep and you could always hear what’s going on next door or any movement in the halls.

I choose this hotel for two reasons. Its close to Times Square and its really affordable. The rooms are big by comparison and its a nice hotel for the price. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT: There is only one, ONE elevator for the whole darn building. That is crazy.

My bff and I were a little concerned by recent reviews but as soon as we arrived and were able to check in early at 2pm for our three night stay, we felt so happy with our choice - rooms were clean, breakfast was great - it was basic but given it was complimentary was wonderful - we had to wait for a table for a few mins as there were not many but was all good. Coffee was good and bagels and waffles were great. Complimentary water station with lemons was available to fill up water bottles was a handy extra. We asked the day before we were leaving whether we could possibly have a later checkout due to our flight time and immediately advised that was no problem whatsoever to check out at 12 rather than 11. All staff were lovely. I wonder if sometimes bad reviews are an indication that people writing them are sometimes not courteous themselves? Shout out to all day $5 frozen margaritas at Mickey Spillanes bar!! Would highly recommend comfort inn midtown manhattan. Great proximity to broadway shows in Times Square - around 15 mins depending on how many people are around as New York is very busy!! 10 min walk to subways to get around everywhere. We loved it!
