Room was unattended to one day. Requested towels to shower and leave for dinner reservations. The towels dis not arrive, therefore, had to use one towel for three persons. Also, an additional deposit was charged prior to our arrival and uncredited as explained to me that after our check, they would release the funds 7 days later. Hotel room was clean to be fair.

There is a lot of work going on outside but it’s temporary. Good location, rooms super small, beds uncomfortable, but the night clerk that checked us in at midnight was very pleasant.

Good room with tea/coffee maker, fridge and daily supplies. Location a few blocks walk from Times Square. Although we had breakfast included, the breakfast area is small and gets quickly crowded, we abandoned breakfast most days of our stay as there was no seating available, this was disappointing as we chose this hotel specifically because it provided a simple breakfast selection.

Staff here very nice & accommodating. Room was clean. Heat & A/C worked well. Breakfast food was cold, although there was a variety. Seating limited. Iced lemon water available in lobby throughout day. I would stay here when I come to the City again. Thank you.

Location was quite good but good for the price. Staff were very friendly, thumbs up. Room size was okay for New York and price. Facilities good, fridge was very appreciated. Room did get warm but ac was so good you just had to do quick blasts lol. Breakfast was pretty good tbh... waffles, sausage, egg etc. Fruit juice and coffee was quite good also. Overall a good experience and i would book again.
