We were greeted with utmost warmth and professionalism. They catered to our every need and we were very comfortable at all times. Restaurant staff, especially ‘Sup’ were a delight every time we sat down for a meal or snack. The food was fresh, delicious no matter what cuisine chosen on menu. We will be back and I will be telling all my Australian friends about this little gem in Gili Meno.

The hotel is literally a minutes walk away from the harbour. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms surround a small pool however we didn’t use it given we were there to enjoy the beautiful beaches and snorkelling but it was all nicely laid out. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice.

This property was convenient in the sense of it being close to the port which made it easy access when travelling. The staff were very friendly and attentive. however I feel like maybe after Covid (I could be wrong) that there was a lack of attentiveness towards the resort. the rooms were nice but the air conditioning didn’t work very well. The outdoor pool area wasn’t very clean and looked a tiny bit run down. I would reccomend staying on the other side of the island as you can swim at the beach and not be right beside the port, and have better access to more food spots and better beach areas/ pools

The staff at Kura Kura and the location are both fantastic!!! However, the cleanliness and condition of the property were both lacking. The couches were stained in the rooms, we had a hole in our ceiling and the shower door had been completely removed in one of our bathrooms, and the laminate floors were warped, and plaster was peeling off the walls. The pool chairs were stained and ripped. The place could be great with an upgrade (it does not look like the pictures on the website!) and a serious deep clean. Again, we absolutely loved everyone who worked there- just give them a better place to take care of!

Flinkt personale, dog langt fra alle der kunne engelsk så de kunne forstå og omvendt. Meget hårde senge. Vi prøvede at spørge om der var mulighed for at der kunne blive gjort noget. Den eneste mulighed var at lægge en meget tynd madras ovenpå, hvilket ikke hjalp. Badeværelset så ikke synderligt rent ud. Det synes gammelt og meget brugt. Bruseren var der, men der kom skiftevis koldt og varmt vand ud i ujævne stråler. Meget ens morgenmad at vælge imellem, ikke noget særligt. Placering er dog god ud til stranden og lige ved havnen. Poolen var god og gode solsenge.
