Did not have my room available they did know why, so gave me another room that had not been made up, bed had been slept in dirty towels on the floor, so then they gave me another room, finally I was able to get some sleep, very unorganised not helpful and didn’t have any explanations, did even offer a discount for all the mucking around very disappointing would not recommend

Close to tram station which is really handy. A 24 Coles Service Station is close by. It could do with some tender loving care and some money to make it better. I enjoyed it and thank yoy for the room.

Nice here just bad luck the night of our stay someone close by started up there chaff cutter very loud at 11 pm did settle after then they started again.hopefully not a common thing to happen been appreciated if they started mid morning not after 11pm ,bed was comfy though which counted needed sleep to travel to country N.S.W

Shower needed new washers long ago dripped all night. Shower screen broken and dysfunctional so floor of bathroom wet on arrival. bathroom door barely slides. Gate to enter property broken, car park gate not functioning. Place in need of maintenance. Upside close to broadbeach and tram.

Just had a mouldy smell to the room, bathroom was mouldy, fan and aircon had dust all over it, didn’t feel clean. Needs more places to sit outside cause room feels cramped. Location was good, close to transport and easy to jump in a car and make way to surfer paradise etc.

Excellent check in with it all being done online as well as the check out, Gabriel the manager onsite was very helpful and super friendly. Rooms were clean and neat, brand new bathrooms. Good size rooms too. 🤗
