Flat surfaces were clean. Beds properly made. Groundskeepers do a great job keeping pool and entrances spotless. However baseboards in room were filthy. Also noticed that are con vents were visibly dirty. Also noticed very few parking spaces compared to prior stays. Obviously construction noise and pending large adjacent tower will be an issue going forward.

Staff friendly, apartment very clean and well furnished. Balcony clean and provided access to lovely views. Fridge was large and kitchen had all we needed. Facility was close to public transport, including the airport bus, Pacific Fair and lots of dining options. The area is great for walking. Good value for money.

Greatvspacious apartment with large balcony looking across a school field to the ocean. Separate bed and living area, it was a pleasure to stay there. Well equipped and within 5 mins walk of Broadbeach South light rail station. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and a short distance from Surfers if you need a night out. Would pick here without doubt next time i visit

Just an okay stay in a Studio Superior room - it just had a very old feel about it with very low ceilings, giving it a cramped feel. The room smelled quite a bit as well which was very odd so I bought some room fragrance and kept the balcony door open which improved things a little. However the noise from the pool was very loud - perhaps I should have asked for a different room. My fault for not raising my concerns with the staff. The rest of the resort was fine. I guess for the price it wasn't all bad.
