"We have fond memories of Clear Lake Iowa. This lodging is an 18 unit hotel. The units look over the lake. there was plenty of privacy. The owners are new as of last year and I sure it will continue to gain attention for the location the dining and bar services and costs. All management staff leave the property around 6 pm. The morning staff are great young students in or just completing their college degrees. The room has a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. If your an early riser the front office has a standard coffee pot set for 6 am that goes off automatically. It also has toaster, storage container for pastries or bread products and peanut butter and jelly. An artifact from the previous owners. We enjoyed the Sunset. I am a boomer and felt the room was attractive buy small. The price in my view was high but then again most places are high."
