Room service fungerte ikke og svarte ikke Manglet badekåper på rommet, selv om man har booket spa. Hadde heller ikke slippers. Ingen kaffe på rommet, selv om det var påstått å være der. Rommene ganske kjipe, men fine fellesarealer og god beliggenhet

Personalen var fantastiska och frukosten var underbart god, med mycket olika att välja mellan. Det enda som sänker vårt betyg idag från 5 stjärnor till 4 var att sängen och stora sovkudden var väldigt fasta vilket gjorde att både jag och min parter vaknade med stel nacke och rygg.
