Staff were, without exception, kind, thoughtful, considerate and helpful whatever the time of day. The room -- and to an extent the whole hotel -- was design statement, and it was beautiful. However in some cases a decision was made to value design over usefulness, so our room (and presumably all the rooms) had no drawers. Not one. Underwear and socks had to go into the safe because I did not want to live out of a suitcase. Not a good move. Only one (stylish) armchair in a double room. An obsession with keeping the room at 25 degrees C., which made it too hot to sleep. All details that could have been considered before we even arrived. Staff were helpful, but it shouldn't have been necessary.

The room was spotless, modern and comfortable. The bathroom was large, the huge fluffy towels were the best hotel towels we'd ever experienced and the heated towel rail kept them beautifully warm and snuggly. The hotel is in a perfect location, right by the cathedral and within a few steps of great cafes and restaurants; we particularly loved the nearby Moroccan restaurants. Hotel staff were extremely helpful, with a good level of English. We couldn't fault this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Central location makes walking around Granada very easy. Lots of choices in the area to get a full meal or so.e tapas and a beer or wine. Excellent stay!

Fabulous hotel. Can't beat the location, literally a minute's walk from the cathedral / centre / shops / restaurants. Staff were lovely, room was nice, everything was clean and well maintained. Handy parking (both private for the hotel and on-street nearby). Will be returning.
