The staff were incredible and able to make any changes I needed. The hotel is within walking distance to everything I needed. Tons of restaurants and bars all around. I felt safe and well cared for. Overall a great value.

Very good hotel, the staff was great and location is the best possible. If you are arriving by car, getting there is stressful due to Granada’s traffic and restrictions. Still the staff helps a lot to make your parking easier. At night it was a bit noisy, outside and inside the hotel, but still I would totally come back.

We definitely liked the hotel associate (Katie)!! She was very helpful with assistance us to navigate the city and surrounding areas. Great suggestions on food and directions. Perfect location in city center. Front desk staff are helpful and informative! The Cathedral of Granada is just one block away. We can walk to most interesting places from our hotel. Definitely recommend !
